“We were fortunate enough to have Denton come out on a Saturday when we had no heat. We’ve had nothing but issues with our HVAC system for 2 years. Denton was exceptionally patient and kind, he explained everything thoroughly, diagnoses our issue, got us heat (!), and also gave us recommendations for our system going forward. Interacting with Denton was a genuine pleasure, we never felt pressured or “sold” or manipulated as we have with other companies in the past. Denton was simply honest and thorough and extremely helpful. For the first time in years we haven’t had to flip our breaker every other day to get our HVAC system to reboot or clear error messages the other conpanies claimed were undiagnosable, it just works now. Crazy. We couldn’t recommend Kombi heating more! We’re unbelievably grateful he answered our call and got us in so quickly. We will 100% be referring to Kombi Heat for maintenance and future issues. There is no one better and we have had to cycle through quite a few companies who tried, and failed, at fixing our system before Denton came to our rescue.”

“I’ve had Denton come out for two different service calls that happened close together. The first was to get my Heil furnace working. Apparently that’s a brand that isn’t in business anymore and I was told by another company that finding parts for it would be an uphill battle. Denton diagnosed the problem quickly and found the necessary parts locally after making a couple of calls. He made sure I understood the estimate and was okay with it, then went to get the required part and completed the service within the next couple of hours. I had another, different problem with the furnace soon after that and I asked Denton to come out again because I didn’t feel like he had tried to price gouge me during the first appointment (I’m a young single female homeowner, and not at all handy, so it happens a lot). He came the next day, Christmas Eve, and fixed the problem within just a few minutes. Only charged me a diagnostic fee. He said he’s owns this business and has no employees. I was incredibly impressed with him every step of the way and will definitely be calling him if I have any HVAC needs in the future!”
